Cellar Table
The Cellar Table is a small group food-and-wine pairing focusing on a series of comparative tastings of our wines served with small bites prepared on site by our wonderful Chef. This two-hour experience in our wine cellar tasting room makes for a fun, delicious and informative adventure. With a combination of our current release, library, and yet-to-be-bottled wines on the menu, there is something new to discover for all Obsidian fans.
A tasting at the Cellar Table is an education about more than our wines and barrels. It is an informative and informal discussion about the winemaking cycle and how it works in harmony with nature and builds community. Best of all, it is an opportunity to share a delightful afternoon with fellow adventurers.
