Adventure Camp

We are planning an immersive adventure exploring the incredible diversity and entrepreneurialism of our agricultural & culinary community in Lake County, and you do not want to miss it.
Our small group will kick off the weekend visiting Peace & Plenty, a thriving organic farm and historic homestead. Four years ago, Simon and Melinda created a community as well as the largest saffron farm in North America, and they will personally share their story and land with our group and host us for a farm luncheon.
From the farm, we'll head to the historic Tallman Hotel to check in and relax in our charming rooms before gathering again for a reception and winemaker dinner at the Blue Wing Saloon. We'll be joined by our friends Claudia and Fabrice of Clos Racines, and hear their incredible story of establishing the area's first truffle farm.
On Sunday, we will explore Obsidian Ridge Vineyard as you have never seen it before, getting up close and personal with the volcano and the people who farm here, and enjoy the bounty of this place with a farm to table lunch among the vines.
